Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided by email once your order ships. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear after you receive your tracking number.

Some orders may arrive in separate packages if multiple items are purchased.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. The Nifty Little Finds is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. The Nifty Little Finds is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or stolen after they have been marked as shipped or delivered by the carrier.

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors, household members, your local post office, or the shipping carrier.

Damaged Items

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the information and work with you on the next steps.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
